How long does a website take to build?
+A Starter Website is usually two to four weeks from kickoff. A Business Website is four to eight. A Custom Website is eight to twelve. Most of the variability is how fast content and photos come back from you.

Do you work with clients outside Knoxville?
+Yes. Most work is remote-friendly. We prefer working with Knoxville and East Tennessee businesses because being local is genuinely useful, but the scope, price, and process are the same either way.

What does the website run on?
+We pick the simplest setup that fits the business. For most small business sites that means a fast, lightweight build that loads in well under two seconds and stays cheap to host and secure. If you need to edit your own pages regularly, we add a simple admin dashboard for that. The exact tools we use are decided during discovery.

Do I have to host with you?
+Yes for the website packages above. Each one pairs with a monthly Care Plan that includes hosting, domain management, and a pool of edit hours. If you would rather host the site yourself, we offer a Standalone Website build that we hand off cleanly so you can host it anywhere.

Can you redesign my existing site?
+Usually yes. We audit the current site first, figure out what is working and what is not, and tell you plainly whether a redesign makes sense or whether a few hours of support gets you most of the way there for less money.

What happens after launch?
+Every build includes thirty days of post-launch support for tweaks and fixes. Website-package builds continue on their Care Plan, which keeps hosting, domain, monitoring, and a pool of edit hours running monthly. Standalone builds are yours to maintain, with Hourly Support available at $95/hr if you ever need help.
